We do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.
However, exchanges may be permitted within the same price range, subject to product eligibility.
Please note that during periods of high order volume, exchanges may not be possible or could be delayed.
To begin the exchange process, please contact our team at care@arthaliving.in within 3 days of delivery.
Customers may request product images or videos from our team before placing an order. We will be happy to share them to help you make an informed purchase decision.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
A first opening video (from seal opening to unboxing) is mandatory to process your request.
Once verified, replacements will be arranged within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are only applicable for:
Orders that were not delivered due to courier or logistical issues.
Refunds, once approved, will include a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping charges will be deducted during the final settlement.
Within 3 hours: You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
After dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, please refuse the delivery at the doorstep.
Once an order is delivered, refunds will not be issued.
Complaint Timeframe:
Complaints must be raised within 3 days of delivery with a first opening video.
Quality Check:
Replacements will only be processed after inspection by Artha Living’s quality experts.
Not Eligible for Replacement:
Customized or discounted items
Products damaged due to mishandling or improper installation
Eligible for Replacement If:
The item was defective or damaged in transit
Products were missing from the package
The wrong item was received
Condition:
All returned or exchanged products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (including but not limited to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, refusal to accept, or failure to respond to delivery attempts), the following refund policy will apply:
10% of the total order value will be deducted as processing and handling charges.
Actual shipping charges (both forward and return, if applicable) will also be deducted from the refund amount.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the order is received back at our facility.
To avoid non-delivery, customers are requested to:
Provide a complete and accurate address.
Ensure availability to receive the parcel.
Respond to courier communication promptly.
Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours.
Incorrect Details / OTP Deliveries: If the delivery was OTP-verified or incorrect shipping details were provided, Artha Living will not be responsible.
Package Condition: Please do not accept parcels that appear torn, tampered, or damaged.
Proof Required: For damaged or defective items, clear images or videos are required before processing a replacement.
